recently stated that there are over 700,000 registered Dreamweaver
users.
The Dreamweaver Workspace
The Dreamweaver development environment is comprised of a number
of menus, windows, and panels. In Dreamweaver MX, these are
grouped together in the Dreamweaver workspace.
Productivity Features
Dreamweaver offers some handy productivity features, including
- the ability to edit the HTML and
the web page document side by side
- access to reference material
- automatic generation of JavaScript for
commonly used interactivity
- easy generation of Flash text and Flash buttons p
- publishing using built-in FTP.
Dreamweaver can be used to keep track of web page
files and even automatically change links when you rename or
move files within your Dreamweaver web site, called a Dreamweaver
site.
